Recently, a TV meeting was held by Ministry of housing urban and countryside construction, vice minister Qi Jing made an important speech. It pointed out that housing is not only a living problem, but also key issue of building up harmony society. Central party committee and State council have highlighted solving the housing problem for low income families even before, party committees and governments in different levels should make common sense by using three years to solve the housing problem for 10 million households of low income families. Meanwhile, it should adopt various forms to grasp the construction of cheap rent housing, add the supply of housing resource, raise the proportion of allocating rental housing in practicality, the annually average rental housing allocated in practicality from 2008-2010, reaches 30% of total newly added families that qualified for cheap rental housing, it needs to be 22% of this year.
